The Ideal screw pier system is different to other foundations on the market due to the modular design. The Ideal pier is an off the shelf system with a patented male/female locking connection including the helix. The interlocking connections allows installation of variable lengths with no delays. This system gives the builder greater control when dealing with inclement weather, eliminating collapsing trenches, and any unforeseen site conditions. Gaining this control at such an early stage is critical in streamlining your building process.

GET A GEOTECH REPORT
(LOT CLASSIFICATION)

It wasn’t that long ago when the average residential lot classification was done by a hand auger, going down a metre below the surface, which gave limited soil information to the engineer. These days residential geotechnical reports are far more comprehensive with geotechnical rigs able to drill down many metres below the surface to get a far clearer picture of the soil profiles below. This provides the engineer with detailed information to complete the design of your slab and footings.

FOUNDATION DESIGN

Ideal screw pier foundations are designed to achieve the required capacities that are specified by your structural engineer. With a range of screw piers in a modular form we are able to respond with short lead-times allowing your project to keep moving. See how they’re manufactured

INSTALLATION WITH
TORQUE GAUGE READINGS

Ideal screw piers are marked and set out to your plans. Every screw pier is installed to the designed depth and capacity, with readings logged and documented for each screw pier. Screw piers are numbered according to plans with the installed capacities achieved. Each installation is reviewed and signed by our engineers.

4.
CERTIFICATION AND
REPORTING

We have in-house civil & geotechnical engineers and we are aligned with a number of independent engineers. Independent certification can be provided for all installation work.
